This movie is a horror film and steals from the likes of Dexter, Hentai and pretty much any horror movie from the last decade.

The problem I have with it, is that there isn't a story here.  You have the psychopath who looks similar to Takeshi and seems to be a lonely mad man.  We never really find out why he kills people and what his real motive is.  There isn't a flash back to the past, to explain his behaviour.  He just is a sick killer who gets off from the suffering of others.

Perhaps he was shunned as a child; maybe his parents hated him; perhaps he wasn't loved.  The problem with this movie is that it's brutal from beginning to end and to make things worse, it's not even as grotesque as Machine Girl.

In the UK, this film was banded for its violence.  I would have banded it for being crap.  It's nothing special and doesn't even have enough nastiness in the film to shock  the desensitised populace, who would have seen a lot worse from America.

If you have watched any Hentai, you will know that the Japanese seemed to like rape and there are certain things that usually occur in them.  The women is always raped, sometimes their nipples are cut off and the women always enjoys it.  It is disturbing if you ask me and does not put the Japanese young males in a good light.

If you never watch this film that is under seventy four minutes, you won't have missed anything at all.  It isn't that sick, just relentless.  There are far worse films that have been made.  Because the mad man has no redeeming qualities, he just comes off as the insane nutter that he is.
