Just watched this movie and all I can say is; what a pile of shit.
Here’s the plot taken from Wikipedia. This film is a suck fest and doesn’t deserve any more of
my time than necessary.
Download it if you must watch this crap.

Plot
As a young boy, Ethan Kendrick (Cody Arens)
encounters antiques dealer Jack (Robert
Forster), who has a glowing dragon scale in a Korean chest in his shop.
Jack says Ethan is the reincarnated spirit of Haram, a warrior-apprentice
from 500 years ago. Haram saved his love Narin from Buraki, a 200-meter long
Imugi serpent
(spelled "Imoogi" in the English subtitles of Korean dialog). Jack
gives Ethan a powerful pendant and tells him to find the reincarnated version
of Narin, for when she turns 20, the pair will be be forced to fight Buraki
again. Centuries ago, a good imugi was chosen by heaven to receive the power
to become a dragon; however, the evil Buraki wanted the power for himself,
and tried to defy the will of heaven. The power of the dragon was hidden in a
girl: Narin. When she turned twenty and the power was ready, Buraki found her
before the good imugi could. Narin escaped. She was supposed to sacrifice
herself to the good imugi to give it the dragon power; instead, she and her
lover, Haram, promised to meet again in a next life and killed themselves. 15
years after the enounter with Jack, the adult Ethan (Jason Behr)
is a television news reporter who coincidentally meets Sarah Daniels (Amanda
Brooks), the reincarnation of his love. Meanwhile, Buraki rises in moden Los
Angeles and repeatedly chases the two reincarnated lovers; several times he
almost has Sarah in his grasp, when she is saved by Ethan or he is shot away
from her. In the end, he finally captures both her and Ethan, after combing
the city for her with his army of powerful reptiles and dragon hybrids. Sarah
is tied to an alter and offered to Buraki so that he may transform into a
dark dragon. However, the good imugi arrives at the last moment and fights
with Buraki. Sarah decides she doesn't want to run away anymore. Just as
Buraki is ready to finish off the good imugi, Sarah gives the heavenly dragon
power to it. The good imugi rises once more, shedding its skin and
transforming into a powerful Asian dragon. Buraki snaps at the dragon in vain
as it dips and weaves through the air. They fight, twisting, biting, and
clawing at each other violently. Finally, the dragon breathes a fireball into
Buraki's open mouth, and the dark serpent is incincerated. As the skies begin
to clear, Ethan holds the dead Sarah in his arms- she gave up her life to
give the good imugi the dragon power. The dragon lands, and Sarah's spirit
appears to tell Ethan they will meet again. She gives herself up completely
to the dragon, and as tears fall from its eyes, it flies up through the
clouds and into heaven, carrying the blue orb of dragon power in its mouth.
The trouble with this movie is; like most
people in the west, I have no knowledge of the myths behind this story and
don’t really care. The acting is
wooden at best. It just seemed to be
identikit movie. If you were to take
the Transformers movie and replace the robots with dragons, you would have
this movie. It is a special effect
movie, with no plot, very little acting and no reason for the actions.
An
example: When the snake/dragon thing
finally finds this girl, it just hovers over her snarling. If it was meant to kill her as is implied
in the movie; it doesn’t do a good job.
It reminded me of those Japanese roll playing games. You’re not meant to die and you not meant
to go anywhere apart from the set plot.
The funny things is that this is a movie and that should be
expected. The trouble with these types
of films is that you already know how the ending of the film and there’s no
point watching it.
