I wait over tens yours for a movie about
assassins and two come a long at the same time. The first movie
was Wanted and the second is Bangkok Dangerous. The movie is
about an assassin who is paid to do just that and he has four more jobs
to do before he disappears into oblivion, never to be seen again.
The movie is directed by the Pang Brothers, who
I have never heard of before but it is and interesting movie.
It stars Nicholas Cage as the emotionless killer. They directed
The Eye in 2002 apparently.

He
gives this guy a job (Kong) to pick up and drop off what ever he
needs, with the intention of killing him once the jobs are done.
It is in a similar vain to Collateral the movie that stars Tom
Cruise. His philosophy is never to get involved with anyone on
the job and to have no emotional connects with anyone, in case they
have to die, but he breaks his own rule. |

 |
He
falls for this pretty little flower and starts to become more human.
His assistant shall we call him, tells Nicholas's character (Joe)
about this man that is his next target and how he is a good man,
just like him and a dilemma appears. Should he carry out his
mission or let him live? You will have to watch the film to
find out for yourself. |
The movies is very good in my opinion and shows
Nicholas Cage in a different light to the one we are used to seeing him
in. He is a ruthless killer, with no conscious at all. He
makes a really good bad guy and I would like to see him play this type
of roll again. He was brilliant in Lord of War and this movie does
not lower the standard that he produced in that film.
The best way to describe this film is silly
but, entertaining none the less. If you have not seen this film,
then I would say give it a try, it's not bad at all.
